-'To be reconditioned' and ‘reconditioning’

The terms ‘to be reconditioned’ and ‘reconditioning’ mean that we change the components inside YOUR battery. We do not have a reconditioned shell. We do not change any other part of your original device. Your battery must be in its original condition, no modifications may be made. If a component is missing: we reserve the right not to carry out the assembly. Re-shipment costs will be at your expense or the product will be scrapped if it is too dangerous to be shipped again.

If the battery arrives damaged on receipt at our premises, you will be informed, and reconditioning may be carried out under certain conditions described by the technician. Please note: reconditioning has its limits, and it is not possible to carry out unlimited reconditioning. Please contact us before ordering if you have any doubts.

YOUR BATTERY MUST BE RETURNED TO US FOR RECONDITIONING

Return procedure :

1- Order your battery on the site by adding the item to your basket,

2- Once payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation, which you must print out and enclose with your parcel in order to send us YOUR battery and charger (for diving lights and pruning shears).

3- Send your battery (and charger) by the carrier of your choice (Make sure the parcel is strong and well protected), shipping costs at your expense (Customs taxes not covered by Batteries 4 PRO .COM), to the following address:

4- We will recondition your battery and send it back to you ready to use!
